I’m a graduate candidate. I have been dragon boat paddling since 2018. I started with the Army Ladies Dragon Boat Team in Okinawa, Japan and paddle for 3 years there. I am currently the marketing chair & team member of the Raleigh Dragon Boat Club (NC). We practice twice a week at Lake Wheeler. I am a port-side (left) gunner paddler. I would love to join a team since RDBC didn’t have enough for the sign up. I just finished attending the Beaufort(SC) Dragon Boat Annual 2023 Race and we placed in 3rd place. I have my paddle, gloves, and life jacket ready to go! ^_^

Paddle with at the Reno Festival. I have been paddling for five years. I paddle either side, Engine. I paddle in Florida in the Winter and Minnesota in the summer. I am not a breast cancer survivor. I have attended Space Coast Dragon Boat 2 years. Have attended several festivals and love to compete. My daughter lives in Reno Nevada so I would like to combine a visit with her with a festival. I have over four years experience paddling and racing in premier mixed events with the Miami Red Dragons club team, but I would like to race and travel even more often because of severe paddling addiction :-). I’m looking to join a team for the Richmond race. I have not raced before but have been following this festival for a while and would love to experience it. I kayak recreationally, work out regularly and have a competitive spirit. I look forward to hearing from any available teams!

I have three years of competitive experience in Okinawa, Japan and would love to continue the sport once I move to the Hampton roads area. I am currently a right front paddler/pacer.

I have been paddling for a little over a year now, but my team decided not to do the Chicago festival. Having a couple friends/family in the Chicago area who think I’m nuts, I really want to attend and show them what it’s all about. I would love to paddle with a breast cancer survivor team but that is not mandatory. I enjoy being in rows 7-9 and am best in the right but can switch up if needed. If you need a fun loving, supportive, give it my all paddler I would love to join you.

I am Roldan Esteban, a foreign student and i came from the Phillippines. Seeking to find a new dragon-boat family/club/team as paddler’s. I am an aspiring paddler here in Canada. I am part of a dragonboat club in the Phillippines. I hope to find another dragonboat club/team.

I am in my third year with Tellico Heat Dragon Boat Club in Tennessee. I have participated in all the Festivals Tellico Heat attended, four or five per season. By October 4th, I will have participated in four others, including Chicago Inernational. I have attended two Pan Am Tampa camps and participated in the Festivals ending the week. This year I was on both 10- and 20- person boats. Earlier this year, I attended the GWN 3-day camp and last year Tellico Heat hosted a mini-camp with instruction provided by Southeast Paddle Sports.com. I obtained a Level I coaching certification. I took that course to better my skill set and this year worked with the Club’s new members. I have been focusing my technique as ‘rocket’ specialist. I am primarily a port paddler but have been working on starboard a bit. So that there are no surprises….I do have grey hair, but am considered to be a strong paddler!

I have one festival under my belt. Coming home with the gold last summer at the Port Perry dragon boat festival. I am paddling port Perry and Christie lake this year with the port Perry dragon boat club. I missed a seat on a boat at the Pickering dragon boat festival and am hoping to find a team needing some paddlers for Pickering. I am currently practicing Mondays in port Perry. My love for paddling began with kayaking. Then I moved on to stand up paddling and now dragon boating!

Hello! I am looking for a team to paddle with in Chicago!
I’m in my 4th year of paddling for the Kentucky Thorough-Breasts who will be competing in the BCS division in Chicago. I am a supporter and would love to also come and compete. I have competed in women’s competitive division in Vancouver, British Columbia, mixed division in Nashville and women’s competitive in Orlando, Florida amongst others festivals along the way and love it! My primary side is left, but can paddle both usually in rows four and five as an engine but comfortable anywhere you would need me.

I have been learning paddling for three summer in Argonaut Rowing. I’m student, looking to join a youth team for race. I have not raced before but would love to challenge myself. I work out on my strength at home, have my own kayak to practice, and have my own paddle and life jacket, ready to go. I look forward to hearing any available teams!

Hi, this is my 3rd season paddling. I am a BCP, ACP, Para, 55+ female and can paddle both left and right, usually an engine. I’m looking to paddle in Orlando Oct 4th if anyone needs a seat filler.

Experienced paddler, used to race Portland Rose Festival. Looking for somewhere to race. When I moved to Nevada I was Bummed that there is only a tiny bit of dragon boating in Nevada….virtually none in Reno except a very small festival. With Tahoe here, it is such a shame….. oh well…..Willing to travel to be a filler team member in Northern cali, Portland, Nevada, Utah or Co.

Should your team find itself a paddler short of full strength to compete in a race, I stand ready to take the seat and paddle. At 5’11” and 160 pounds, I can paddle either right or left side, trimming the balance of the boat wherever needed. With two decades of dragon boat experience on both national and international waters, I bring not only strength and endurance but am seasoned paddler who knows race start and finish calls, power calls, lengthen calls and other race dynamics. I currently practice twice a week. If the tide of competition leaves your roster light, I would be honored to paddle for your crew and contribute to a strong finish.

I have been focusing my technique as  ‘rocket’ specialist and leader in row 8; back or front is OK…wherever I can help! Port is my strong side, but am able to paddle starboard. I have raced in 10-person boats. So that there are no surprises….I do have grey hair, but am considered to be a strong paddler!

I have no experience 🙂 in paddling but I would love to learn and participate in a race in 2026. I do want to make sure I can commit to all the dates/times when posted ahead of time. Thanks.
